This position is dedicated to support all operational planning and execution efforts for a key account of UPS within UAE. The responsibilities include diligent data quality management and bad address resolution using UPS and Customer tools and systems, the monitoring of all pickups, deliveries and ground operations between customer sites and warehouses with the key objective of ensuring smooth operation and proactive problem resolution. The role maintains daily customer communication, timely reporting and ensures that all customer requirements are adhered to efficiently and courteously, whilst maintaining quality standards and a cost effective approach.
Management and Customer Reporting – regular reporting on performance levels and service issues.
Apply quality standards to processes, data management, reporting, communication and customer service.
Adherence to customer agreement and safeguarding of those principles in day to day work.
Liaise with customer, service centers, vendors, onroad operation, management and cross functionally in writing, through conference and video calls.
Education and Work Experience
Advanced Excel skill
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently while applying time management skill
A minimum 2 years in customer facing role
Ability to work early and late shifts with flexibility to accommodate periodical customer events
